How can I ensure the ordered size fits at Black Ursus? 🚨
We know how hard it is to find the perfect fit. That’s why this piece is available from S to 5XL.
Good to know: The chart shows the exact measurements of our pieces, not your body measurements. Just measure your best-fitting piece at home and compare the values with our size chart to find the perfect fit.
For the regular look: Order your usual size.
For the perfect oversize & gym-pump look: Order one size up.
⚡ Important info for our sizes 3XL to 5XL (Massive Builds)
Especially for our bigger guys: From size 3XL, our hoodies and shirts grow mainly in width (shoulders & chest) to provide enough room for massive builds. However, they don’t get much longer. So if you’re very tall and muscular, the piece will fit wide but won’t reach down to your knees.
🐻 Size Guide: Premium Piqué Polo
The fit: Bring the smart-casual vibe to the street or gym. Our premium polo made from high-quality piqué fabric has a classic European cut (European Fit). Compared to our heavyweight T-shirts, it fits noticeably closer to the body and sportier. The sleeves fit a bit tighter around the biceps and the waist is slightly tailored.
How to find your size (Note: runs slimmer!):
Athletic / Tailored Fit: Want the polo to fit sporty and close to your body (and biceps)? Then choose your normal size.
Regular / Relaxed Fit: Prefer it a bit looser and more comfortable? Then definitely order one size up compared to our regular T-shirts.
Oversize Look: Polos are naturally more classic cut. If you want that typically wide, hanging skater or streetwear polo look, go at least two sizes up.
⚡ Important note for the crew: Since this polo is cut European style, we always recommend ordering one size up if in doubt – especially if you have broad shoulders or a bigger back!
🐻 Size Guide: Heavyweight T-Shirt
The fit: This shirt is not a thin, tight fashion tee. It’s made from heavy, sturdy cotton and has the typical slightly boxy 90s fit. It falls straight down and doesn’t cling to the body – the perfect pump cover.
How to find your size:
Regular Fit: The shirt fits true to size. Order your standard size for a classic, straight look.
Oversize / Pump-Cover Look: If you want the sleeves to fall a bit longer over the biceps and prefer the wide street style, take one size up.

The fit: Our Heavy Blend Hoodie has a classic, straight cut (Classic Fit) and is super comfortable. It’s soft brushed inside – perfect for cold days or warm-ups at the gym.

Regular Fit (Normal fit): Order your usual size. The hoodie fits true to size.
Relaxed / Gym-Pump Fit: Want a bit more room for broad shoulders? Take one size up.

Relaxed / Gym-Pump Fit: If you like it looser during training or want the sweater to hang casually, choose one size up.

The fit: For the next generation of the Black Ursus crew! The youth T-shirt brings exactly the same vibe as the adult version. It’s made from heavy, sturdy cotton that withstands every playground, skatepark, and school tournament. It also has the classic, slightly boxy cut (Classic Fit) that fits loose and doesn’t restrict.
How to find the right size for kids & teens: Sizes (usually XS to XL) roughly correspond to age and height. Since kids grow fast, here are our tips:
Regular Fit (Normal fit): Order the size that matches the child’s current age/height. The shirt fits normally and offers enough freedom of movement.
Growth buffer / Relaxed Fit: If you want the shirt to fit a bit looser and still fit next year, order one size up.
Mini Streetwear / Oversize Look: Kids love the wide skater look too! For a really cool baggy style, choose one to two sizes up and roll the sleeves up stylishly.
⚡ Important note for parents: Cotton may shrink slightly on the first wash. If your child is exactly between two sizes, go for the larger size – oversize always works with our brand!

✨ Care Guide: Keep it Fresh
Here is the secret recipe to keep your new Black Ursus piece as fresh as on day one:
🧊 Wash cold & inside out: Wash your item at a maximum of 30°C on a gentle cycle. Always turn it inside out first – this is the absolute basic rule to protect the print.
🚫 No fabric softener: Keep your hands off fabric softener! The chemicals attack the print and cause it to flake.
🌬️ Air dry only: The dryer is the ultimate enemy of fit and design (heat causes your item to shrink). Just hang it out to dry in the fresh air.
🔥 Iron with care: If you need to iron, do so only inside out and at a low temperature. Never iron directly over the print with a hot iron!

Can I cancel an order with Black Ursus if I change my mind?🛑

Did you click "Buy" too early or decide on a different design at the last second? No worries, it happens. But now you need to act very quickly! Since at Black Ursus every piece is freshly and exclusively printed for you (print-on-demand), your order usually goes to the machines shortly after ordering. So there is a time window for cancellations, but it’s short.
How to cancel your order in time:

(Very important: Be sure to include your order number right away so we don’t lose a second!)We check the status: I will quickly check whether your item is already in printing or if we can still stop the process in time.
You’ll get an update: We will get back to you immediately and let you know if the cancellation was successful.
🚨 The hard deadline (please note):
Cancellations are only possible as long as the production of your unique piece has not yet started. Once the printers are running, there is absolutely no turning back – from then on, the piece is firmly reserved for you. So if there’s a mistake, don’t wait, contact us immediately!

Did you choose the wrong size or accidentally enter the old shipping address? No worries, it happens to the best of us. But speed is key here: changes or cancellations are only possible before production starts.
⏳ The time window is short
Since I work on a print-on-demand basis, your order is often sent to the printer shortly after you place it. Once the machines are running and your piece is being made exclusively for you, unfortunately, we can no longer stop, change, or cancel the process.
👀 Double-check at checkout
So take a few extra seconds at checkout. Carefully review your cart, compare your measurements with our size guides, and verify your address. This way, you ensure your new gear arrives smoothly and exactly as you want it.

Track your order with Black Ursus 📦
As soon as your custom-made piece leaves the manufacturer, I will send you a shipping confirmation via email. Inside, you will find your personal tracking link, allowing you to keep a close eye on where your package currently is.
How to check your delivery status:
Open our shipping confirmation email (make sure to also check your spam folder).
Click on the tracking link.
You will see directly from the shipping provider when your new outfit will arrive.

How long does the delivery of my order from Black Ursus take? ⏱️
🚚 Shipping & Delivery Times – Your Path to a Unique Piece
At Black Ursus, there’s no mass-produced off-the-rack merchandise. Each piece is exclusively made for you only after you place your order. This ensures uncompromising quality and is environmentally friendly, but it also means: it takes a few days longer than with the big fast-fashion giants.
⏱️ When will your piece arrive?
Usually, the delivery time is up to 10 business days for Germany and Austria (up to 12 days for other EU countries). The clock starts ticking as soon as your order is successfully received and production begins.
We always give 100% so you can rock your new fit as soon as possible at the gym or on the street. Please understand that in rare cases (e.g., during extremely high order volumes after a new drop) slight delays may occur. But trust me: the wait is worth it!
🌱 Why does it take longer than at other shops?
Simply because your hoodie or shirt hasn’t been sitting in a dusty warehouse for months waiting for you. Since we use print-on-demand, there is a waiting time that doesn’t exist with conventional stock items. Your piece is printed on demand – no overproduction, no waste. Just pure quality tailored exactly to you.
📍 Where is my package? (Tracking)
As soon as your order is freshly printed and packed, it sets off on its journey. You will immediately receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email. This way, you can always keep an eye on when your package will arrive.

How can I return a product to Black Ursus? 🔄
🐻 Returns & Exchanges – Fair Play for the Crew
I want you to celebrate your new piece from Black Ursus. If something doesn’t fit or is defective, we’ll find a solution. But before you send anything back, please take two minutes to read my philosophy:
🌱 My Print-on-Demand Promise
I’m not a fast-fashion corporation with huge warehouses. Every item you order is exclusively and freshly printed just for you. This protects the environment and avoids waste.
Therefore, my big request to the crew: please don’t blindly order three sizes to choose from only to send two back. Before ordering, be sure to check my detailed Size Guide on the product pages. If you’re unsure, just send me a quick email at support@blackursus.at – I’m happy to advise you!
If something still goes wrong, the following rules apply:
1. Is there a quality problem? (Printing error, damaged) 🚨
Shit happens, even with the best quality control. If your hoodie or shirt has a printing error, was delivered incorrectly, or arrives damaged, I’ll take care of it immediately – and free of charge for you.
Here’s how: Write me an email within 14 days of receipt at support@blackursus.at.
Important: Please send 1-2 clear photos of the defect and your order number. I will check with our printer and send you a free replacement as soon as possible. Usually, you don’t even have to send the defective item back!
2. The size doesn’t fit or you don’t like it? (Cancellation) 📦
You have the legal right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
Condition: The piece must be unworn (trying it on is of course okay!), unwashed, and in its original condition.
Costs: Since I am a small, independent label from Vienna and your clothing is produced on demand, I cannot (unlike large mass producers) offer free returns. You will bear the cost of return shipping yourself.
3. How the return process works 🔄
If you want to return an item, you can easily do so via our returns portal:
Register your return: Click here to access my returns portal account.blackursus.at and log in with the email address you used when ordering.
Select items: Simply choose the items you want to return in your order overview and provide the reason for the return.
If the portal doesn’t work or you have questions, you can of course always send me an email at support@blackursus.at!
Pack securely: Pack the unworn piece well (preferably in the original packaging).
Return to Vienna: Send the package, sufficiently stamped, to our returns address:
